AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 96-059 AND
ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 83-010, WHICH AMENDED ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY
REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE
APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN COM,I,ICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 1, 1997
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 96-059 and No. 83-010 of the
City of Paris be, and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as
follows:
"Section 2. The amended site plan, including the drainage plan, for
Lot l, City Block 287, being number 3310 Lamar Avenue, attached
hereto as Exhibit A, is approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on May 1, 1997.
