ORDINANCE NO. 97-030
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-026, WHICH
AMENDED ZOMNG ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL
OF A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 319; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING N'OR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY 1, 1997.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 85-026 of the City of Paris be, and the same
is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The amenderl site plan, including the drainage pla», for the Oak Creek
Business Park, being Lot l, City Block 319, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is
approved subject to the City Engineer's requirements, attached hereto as Exhibit
B."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly
repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on July 1, 1997.

SUBJECT: Site Plan Review - Oak Creek Business Park
I have reviewed the Site Plan of the above referenced property. It appears that the
plan complies with the City of Paris regulations with the following exceptions and/or
additions:
1. Certify taxes paid
2. Site Plan signed by owner
3. Provide easement around 6" Watermain Extension
4. Obtain required permits
I recommend approval of the Site Plan, assuming completion of the above items.
