<br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF 5AID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY
<br /> DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) ON LOTS 2, 3A, 3B, AND 3G1, CITY BLOCK 258,
<br /> ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GARY W. KAMMER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
<br /> NO. 2(SF-2); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY
<br /> DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A
<br /> PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
<br /> OF ORDINANCES IN CONN'I,ICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
<br /> DATE OF JULY 1, 1997.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />
<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br /> MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) be, and the same is hereby,
<br /> established on LOTS 2, 3A, 3B, AND 3G1, CITY BLOCK 258, on property belonging to GARY
<br /> W. KAMMER, so as to include in such MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1
<br />
<br /> (MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a
<br /> ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said
<br /> MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby,
<br /> established as follows:

<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Hiram Williams Headright Survey,
<br /> Abstract N0. 1003, being Lots 3A, 3B, and 3G1, City Block 258; also being the
<br /> second and third tracts conveyed to Sarah Dean Goree by deed recorded in Volume
<br /> 565, Page 896, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; also being the same land
<br /> conveyed to Sarah Dean Goree by deed recordecl in Volume 573, Page 285, of said
<br /> Deed Records; and being more particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin set at the Southeast corner of said Lot 3C-1 and
<br /> said Goree tract recorded in Volume 573, Page 285, said point also being in the
<br /> North Boundary Line of E. Cherry Street;
<br /> THENCE North 89 Deg. 45 Min. 20 Sec. West with said North Boundary
<br /> Line a distance of 109.37 feet to an iron pin set at the Southwest corner of said Lot
<br /> 3B and said Third Tract;
<br /> THENCE North 0 Deg. 06 Min. West a distance of 323.5 feet to an iron
<br /> pin set at the Southeast corner of said Lot 3--A and said Second Tract;
<br /> THENCE North 88 Deg. 45 Min. West a distance of 122.87 feet to an iron
<br /> pin set at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3-A and said Second Tract;
<br /> THENCE North 1 Deg. 28 Min. 25 Sec. East a distance of 228.90 feet to
<br /> an iron pin set at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3A and said Second Tract;
<br /> THENCE South 88 Deg. 42 Min. 25 Sec. East a distance of 226.95 feet to
<br /> an iron pin set at the Northeast corner of said Lot 3C- l and said Goree Tract
<br /> recorded in Volume 573, Page 285;
<br /> THENCE South a distance of 550.20 feet to the place of beginning,
<br /> containing 2.019 acres of land, and being number 2355 E. Cherry Street.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby,
<br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
<br /> Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of this ordinance.
<br />
<br /> Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of
<br /> a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and
<br /> each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated sections shall
<br />
