ORDINANCE NO. 97-050
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 83-
010, WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN FOR
LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 287; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER 1, 1997.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 83-010 of the City of Paris be,
and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot l,
City Block 287, being number 3304 Lamar Ave., attached hereto
as Exhibit A, is approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on November 1, 1997.
