AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 94
016, WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN FOR
LOTS 9, 9A, AND 10, CITY BLOCK 259; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER 1, 1997.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 94-016 of the City of Paris be,
and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lots 9,
9A, and 10, City Block 259, being number 2709 East Cherry,
attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. "
Section 2. All ordinances ar parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on November 1, 1997.
