Covenant Christian Church
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Provide a contact person for the church.
2. Label Loop 286 and 49th ~t. S.~. . ..
3. tabel10ts as Block A, lots 1 and 2. (Will this be one lot or two?)
4. Move the proposed fire hydrant next to a fire lane.
5. Change the 40-foot wide utility easement to I5-feet wide after the end of line sewer
c1eanout to be located at the property line. Revise the utility easement for the new flIe
hydrant location. . .
6. Provide a legal description and exhibit for all of the off-site easements.
7. Show the current zoning. .
8. Add a IS-foot utility easement along Loop 286 frontage.
9. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris Engineering Department for review.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
