Talkington Hodge Replat
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception.
1. Provide a North arrow.
2. Provide a finished floor elevation for the proposed house.
3. Use the City of Paris approval certification.
I recommend approval of the replat upon completion of the above items. A building permit will
not be issued until the replat is filed at the courthouse.
