Michael Clark stated that they agreed to a number of requested changes at the meeting last week. The parapet heights were made consistent. There is no EIFS at the front entry; it is one color-no two tone issues with the block; added pilasters on the back-two horizontal rows and one below; will add one row at cornice level just under the parapet; side canopies were eliminated; added gooseneck lights (at considerable expense); and modified parapet facade to be more regimented and square with the step area. With regard to landscaping, sidewalks are created on both side streets with pedestrian access in both directions; and they maintained the bench and the trees. The tree species were modified to be cedar elms and traded three crape myrtles for two cedar elms. Shrubs will be placed at the entrance. In addition, two of the downtown light poles will be added along the I T sidewalk on Lamar.
