90-025 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE
ORDINANCE N0. 90-025
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI'I'Y OF PAKIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORllINANCES OF THE CITY UF PARIS BE
AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING NO
PARKING AREAS; PROVIDING FOK A 1'ENALTY NUT TO EXCEED $200.00;
KEPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF SEPTEMBER 1,
1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the 'Traftic No Parking Nlap adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris, Paris, 'Texas, be amended to include the
following No Parking area:
"Within State right-of-way all the way around
Loop 286."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions

Section 3. AIl ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
September l, 1990.
