ORDINANCE N0. 91-001
AN ORDINANCE OF' THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING
THAT SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE N0. 90-028 PASSED AND ADOPTED ON
THE 13th DAY OF AUGUST, 1990, BE AMENBED BY CHANGING ASSESS-
MENT AGAINST LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 286; PROVIDING THAT SAID
ASSESSNiENT F'OR DRIVEWAY BE KEDUCED FROM $6,953.58 to -0-;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE UF JANUARY 14,
1991.
BE IT QRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That Section 4 of Urdinance No. 90-028 of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to read as
follows:
"Lot 2, City Block 286; Blankinship Oil Company; 114 ft.
of Curb & Uutter at $5.00 per foot, Total -0-; 201.67 sq.
yards of driveway at $34.48 per sq. yarct, Total -0-; Total
Assessment -0-".
Section 2. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
January 14, 1991.
Passed arid adopted this 14th day of January, 1991.
