AN QRDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 88-005 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTIQN 2 UF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL UF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORUINANCES OR PARTS OP URI7INANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDINU FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL l, 1991.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'I'Y CUUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF'
PARIS:
Section l. Thut Section 2 of Ordinance No.88-005 of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Sectien 2. 1he site plan, including the drainage
plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved."
Section 2. All ardinances or parts oi vrdinances in
conflict herewith are hereb_y expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordi.narice shail become effective on
April 1, 1991.
