that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND
BILLBOARD SIGN (52), be, and the same is hereby established
on PAR"T OF LOT 16, CITY BLUCK 250, on property belonging to
JOHN CLAY, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C)
AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52) the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTKICT (C), and that the
boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52), be, and the same are hereby
established as follows:
Situated within the carporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State ot Texas,
and being being part of Lot 16, City Block 250 in
the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginriing at a point in the South Boundary
being
Line ot Loop Highway NO2lar sato point
180 teet from and perpendicu
station 104+00 of said Loop 286 N.E.,
Thence South 68 degrees 27 minutes East with
the South Boundary Line of Loop 286 N.E., a
distance of 100 Leet to a point;
Thence South 21 degrees 33 minutes West, a
distarice of 100 feet to a point;
Thence North 68 degrees 27 minutes West, a
distatice of 100 feet t.o a point;
Thence North 21 degrees 33 minutes East, a
distance of 100 feet to the place of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change
the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
provisions ot Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map
accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions
of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, T'exas, on this the 8th day of April, 1991.
