AMENDEll ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEkAS, BY REVISINU SECTION `Z OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN ON LO'TS 22B AND
L'LC, CITY BLOCK 249; REPEALING ALL ORBINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLiCT HEREWII'H; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF N1AY 1, 1991•

"Section L. That the zoning herein granted is
conditioned upun the submission of a Site Plan in
accordance with Section 8-302 of Urdinance No. 1710,
which after full compliance with the procedure
established in Section 21 of said Grdinance No. 1710,
must be approved by the City Council prior to the
issuance of any building permits. 'The site plan,
including the drainage plan, attached hereto as Exhibit
A, is approved as to Lots 22B and 22C, City Block 249."
Section 2. AI1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on Niay l,
1991.
