t3E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Sectian l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning 1~1ap and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Yaris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and
that a TWO-FAMILY DWELLING UISTRICT ("LF), be, and the same is
hereby established on LOTS 2 AND 3, CITY BLOCK 196, on
property belor;g,ing to ROY ARRASMITH, ?R., so as to include in
such TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT ('LF) the hereinafter
described progerty, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2),
and that the boundaries of said TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
(2F), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas,
and beirig being Lots 2 and 3, City Block 196 in the
City of Paris, Paris, 'Texas, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North Boundary
Line of Maple Avenue, said point being East 382.5
feet from the East Boundary Line cf N.W. 23rd
Street and said point being the Southwest corner
of Lot 3, City Block 196;
THENCE North 206.5 feet to a point, the
Northwest corner of said Lot 3, City Block 196;
THENCE East 180 feet ta a point, the Northeast
cornEr of Lot 2, City Block 196;
THENCE South 203 feet to a point in the North
Boundary Line ot Maple Avenue, said point being the
Southeast corner at said Lot 2, City Block 196;
THENCE West 180 feet to the glace of
beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Coirimunity Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change
the Loning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map
accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions
of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council ot the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 8th day of April, 1991.
