<br /> TONY YODER, SO AS 'TO INCLUllE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMEAND

<br /> DESIGNATING THE BUUNliARIES
<br /> SO ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT OKUAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br /> Section l. '1'hat the bouizdaries heretofore established by
<br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. .i710 of the City of Paris,
<br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br /> LIGHT INDUSTRIAL llISTRICT (LI), be, anci the same is hereby
<br /> established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 235A, on property belonging to
<br /> T'ONY YODER, so as to include in such LIGWhi h DwasRformDrlyRand
<br /> (LI) the hereinafter described property,
<br /> is presently designated as~ a S~NN ~IGLBGHTOONDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) ,
<br /> and that the boundari
<br /> be, and the same are hereby establisheci as follaws:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the Cand
<br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas,
<br /> being Lot 6, City Block 235A in the City of Paris,
<br /> Texas and more particularly described as follows;
<br /> Beginning at a point in the east Boundary Line of
<br /> 19th Street N.W., said point being North, 232 feet from
<br /> the North Boundary Line of West Henderson Street and
<br /> said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 6, City
<br /> Block 235A;
<br /> Thence North, witn the East Boundary LiL1lthe
<br /> Street N.GI., a distance of 80 feet to a point,
<br /> Northeast cerner of said Lot 6;
<br /> Thence East, a distance of 225 feet to a point,
<br /> the Northeast corner of said Lot 6;
<br /> Thence South, a distance of 80 feet to a point,
<br /> the Southeast corner of said Lot 6,
<br /> Thence West, a distance of 225 feet to the place
<br /> of beginning.
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
<br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
<br /> Zoning Map ot the City of Paz-is in accordance with the provisions
<br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
<br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br /> Sectiou 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br /> Section 4. This ardinance shall become effective
<br /> immediately upon passage.
