THE ZONING r1AP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
DiSTRICT (LI) UN LOT 6, CITY BLUCK 235A, ON PROPERTY BELUNGINU TO

SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT OKUAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. '1'hat the bouizdaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. .i710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL llISTRICT (LI), be, anci the same is hereby
established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 235A, on property belonging to
T'ONY YODER, so as to include in such LIGWhi h DwasRformDrlyRand
(LI) the hereinafter described property,
is presently designated as~ a S~NN ~IGLBGHTOONDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) ,
and that the boundari
be, and the same are hereby establisheci as follaws:
Situated within the corporate limits of the Cand
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas,
being Lot 6, City Block 235A in the City of Paris,
Texas and more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at a point in the east Boundary Line of
19th Street N.W., said point being North, 232 feet from
the North Boundary Line of West Henderson Street and
said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 6, City
Block 235A;
Thence North, witn the East Boundary LiL1lthe
Street N.GI., a distance of 80 feet to a point,
Northeast cerner of said Lot 6;
Thence East, a distance of 225 feet to a point,
the Northeast corner of said Lot 6;
Thence South, a distance of 80 feet to a point,
the Southeast corner of said Lot 6,
Thence West, a distance of 225 feet to the place
of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map ot the City of Paz-is in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Sectiou 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ardinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
