THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLIStIING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE
llISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 2A, CITY BLOCK 235, ON PROPERTY BELUNGING
TO ERWIN GLEW, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TEKRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNAfiED AS A ONE FAMtLY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND
liESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBURHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT
(NS) SO EST'ABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Sectiari I. That the boundaries heretotore established by
the Zoning MMap and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
iVEIGHBORH00D SERVICE DISTRICI' (NS) , be, and the same is hereby
established on LUT LA, CITY BLOCK 235, on property belonging to
ERWIN GLEW, so as to incl.ude in such NEIGHBORHOOD SEKVICE
DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was
tormerly and is presently dESignated as a ONE FANi1LY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), and that the bouncJaries of said
NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) , be, and the same are hereby
established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 2A, City Block 235 in the City of Paris,
Texas and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East Boundary Line of
19th Street N.W., said point being 840 feet in a
southerly direction from the South Boundary Line of
Henderson Street and said point being the Northwest
corner of Lot 2A, City Block 235;
Thecice South, a distance of 85 teet to a point,
the Southeast corner of said Lot lA;
Thence West, a distance of 140 feet to a point in
the East Boundary Line of N.W. 19th Street, the
Southwest corner of said Lot 2A;
Thence Northerly, along the East Boundary Line of
19th Street N.W., a distance of 85 teet to the place of
beginning.
Section L. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. A11 ordinances and parts ot ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of May, 1991.
