AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIllINU THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS
BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAURAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAtD CODE; PROVIllING FOR A
PENALTY NUT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OE ORlltNANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFF'ECTIVE DATE OF June l, 1991.
BE I'I' ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. 'That the Traffic Control Device Map adopted
in Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 oi the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include
the tollowing stop sign:
"Stop 34th N.E. Street at Pine Bluff Street,
f roLn the Nor th and South."
Section 'L. AI1y persori violating any of the provisions
ot this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be tined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance sna11 become eftective on
