<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 91-018 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> CITY OF PARIS, BE <br /> PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, <br /> PROVIDING FGR <br /> ANIENDED BY REVISING SECTIUN 14-34 UF SAID CODE; <br /> A FEE SCHEDULE FOR INSPECTION OF FUOL' ESTABLISHNIENTS; AND <br /> THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED BY <br /> ADDING SECTION 14-40 TO SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE <br /> IN THE MAXIMUM FINE FOR VIULATION OF THE HEALTH AND SAFETY <br /> CODE REGARDING FOUD ESTABLTSHMENT5; PIZOVIDING F'OR A PENALTY <br /> NOT TO EXCEED $1 CU ~ 00 TR~ REW T AL A O~RDIpROV IDI ~G PFORS AN <br /> ORDINANCES IN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE UF JUNE 1, 1991. <br /> BE IT OKDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section l. That Section 14-34 of the Code of <br /> Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so <br /> that such shall read as follows: <br /> "Sec. 14-34. Fee. <br /> (a) The annual permit tee for each food <br /> establishment, other than dairies, creameries and <br /> milk plants, shall be as follows: <br /> 1-5 Employees - 425.00 per year <br /> 6-9 Employees - $75.00 per year <br /> Over 9 Employees -$125.G0 per year <br /> <br /> Section 2. That Section 14-40 be added to the Code <br /> ..•11 <br /> of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Sec. 14-40. Penalty. <br /> "Any person violating any of the provisions of <br /> this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and <br /> upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to <br /> exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), and each <br /> day's continuance of any violation described in <br /> this article shall constitute and be deemed a <br /> separate offense." <br /> Section 3. Any person violating any of the <br /> provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a <br /> Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum <br /> not to exceed OO,the d abeach o e a enumerat ddysectionlnshall <br /> ot any v <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
