AN 012DINANCE OF THE CITY UF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE COUE OF ORDIiVANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS
BE AMENllED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTRUL N1AP ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (b) OF' SEC'I'LON 31-65 OF SAID COllE; PROVIDING FOR A
PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $100.00; REPLALING ALL OKDINANCES OR
PAK'TS OF ORDIIVANCES IN CUNFLICT HEREWI'TH; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFF'ECTIVE DATE OF JULY 1, 1991.
BE I"I' ORDAINED BY 'i'HE CITY CGUNCIL OF I'HE CITY UF
PARIS:
Section l. 'That the T'raffic Control Device Map adopted
in Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended ta include
the followirig stop signs:
"Stop Unnamed A11ey (known as Lovers Lane) at
33rd S.E. Street from the West.
Stop Unnaffied Alley (known as Lovers Lane) at
Clark Lane from the Nortn and South.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
convicticn shall be firied in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordindnces or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly regealed.
Section 4. This ordinarice shall become effective on
July l, 1991.
