BE I'r ORDAINEll BY THF' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PAEZIS :
Section l. That Section 14-34 of the Code of
Urdinances of the CiLy ot Yaris, Paris, T'exas, be amended so
that such shall read as follows:
"Sec. 14-34.
(6) Any time that retesting is required due
to the fact that "permittee has a discrepancy",
which is discovered by a regular inspection or a
reinspection, then a fee equal to the inspection
tez will be made for the reinspection.
(e) Food establishments, the iiet earnings of
which are used in whole for charity, fundosf
or public welfare sha11 be exempt tr°bUPashamelnl be

subject to all other provisions of this article."
Section L. Any person violating any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a
Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum
not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance
of any violation of the above enumerated section shall
constitute ar►d be deeiried a separate offense.
Section 3. A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
.Tu1y 1, 1991.
