DEVELOPMENT - TRANSITION DISTR:[CT (PD-i) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretotore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - TRANSI`TION DISTRICT (PD-i), be, and ton
s a i n e i s h e r e b y established on LOTS 2 AND 3, GITY BLOCK 181,
property belonging to MARCUS RODEN, so as to inc l u d e i n s u c h

described property, which was formerly an d is prese n t l y

Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
