ORDINANCE N0. 91-033 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS ANll CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CI'TY; ESTABLISHING A CON1iMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) ON LOT 6-C, CITY BLOCK 315 , ON PROPERTY BELONGINU TO WAYNE BROWN, SO AS TO INCLUDE TflEREIN TERKITURY FORNiERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL KETAIL BISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49); AND DESiGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CONIMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED. BE I'T OkDAINED BY THE CI'1'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Nlap and Ordinance Na. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL llISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 6-C, CITY BLOCK 315 , on property belonging to WAYNE BKOWN, so as to include in such COMNIERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (Gk) AND SPECiFIC USF. PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), and that the boundaries ot said COMMERCIAL DIS'TRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PEiZMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same are hereby established as tollows: Situated within the carporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State ot T'exas, and being Lot 6-C, CITY BLOCK 315, also being 3751 Lamar Avenue. Section 2. That the Dir.ector of Coirlmunity Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, und in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance sha11 become effective immediately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 15th day of July, 1991.
