A1V ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE
AMENDED BY REViSING THE 'I'RAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31--65 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING NO
PARKING AREAS; PROVtDING FOR F, PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00;
REPEALING ALL ORDiNANCES OR. PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FUR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST l,
1991.
BE IT ORDAINEll BY THE CITY COUNCIL UF THE CITY OF' PARIS:
Section l. That the lraffic No Parking Map adopted in
Yaragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amerided to include the
following No Parking areas:
"On East Tudor Street between 5th Street N.E. and
6th Street N.E. on both sides of the street
between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M..
On West Henderson 5treet between 4th Street N.W.
and 7th Street N.!A. on the North Side of the
street."
Section 2. Any persori violatirig any cf the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined i« any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
canflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. Tnis ordinance sha11 become effective on
August l, 1991.
