AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARI5, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ON LOTS l, 2 AND 3, BLOCK P, MORNINGSIDE
PART 3, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CRIST PSHIGODA, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE
DISTRICT (NS); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTkICT N0. 2(SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the bcundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is hereby
established on LGTS l, 2 AND 3, BLOCK P, MORNINGSIDE PART 3, on
property belonging to CRI5T PSHIGODA, so as to include in such
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DtSTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRIC'I' (NS), and that the
boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), be,
and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, ancl State of Texas, and
being Lots l, 2 and 3, Block P, Morningside Part 3
located on the west side of S.E. 3$th between Dawn
Drive and Morningside Drive.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, anci he is hereby directed to change the
Goning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance sha11 become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of August, 1991.
