ORDINANCE N0. 91- 050 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY UF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS ANti CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE 'LONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 252, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO VALARY BOEHLER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUIvCIL UF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map anct Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 252, on property belonging to VALARY BOEHLER, so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 8, City Block 252 in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, located at 1820 East Washington Street, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the South boundary line of East Washington Street, said point being 432.5 feet East of the East boundary line of 17th Street S.E. and said point being the Northwest corner of said Lot 8, City Block 252; THENCE Easterly, a distance of 98.0 feet with the South boundary line of East Washingtor► Street to the Northeast corner of said Lot 8; THENCE South, a distance of 176.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE West, a distance of 98.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North, a distance of 173.0 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accerdance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
