ORDINANCE N0. 91-057
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF URDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE
AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A
PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECENBER l, 1991.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic Control Device Map adopted
in Paragraph (b) of Sectiori 31-65 af the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include
the followicig stop sign:
"Stop East Center Street and 6th Street N.E.
from the West."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be iined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinancE shall become effective on
December 1, 1991.
