AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING T'HE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAMILY BWELLING
DISTRICT- SPECIFIC USE PERMIT CHILD CARE (25) ON LOTS 6, 7, & 8,
BLOCK 3, NIARYSVILLE ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JERICO
PROPERTIES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNATED AS A TWU FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND
DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DG7ELLING
DISTRICT-SPECIFIC USE PERMIT CHILD CARE (25) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORBAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the baundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO
FANIILY DWELLING DISTRICT-SPECIFIC USE PERMIT CHILD CARE (25), be,
and the same is hereby establ.ished on LOTS 6, 7, & 8, BLOCK 3,
MARYSVILLE ADDITION, on property belonging to JERICO PROPERTIES,
so as to include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT-SPECIFIC
USE PERMIT CHILD CARE (25) t=he hereinafter described property,
which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAM.ILY
DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said TWO
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT-SPECIFIC USE PERMIT CHILD CARE (25), be,
and the same are hereby estab:lished as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lots 6, 7, & 8, Block 3, Marysville Addition,
located at 970 12th S.E.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 8th day ~''a uary, 1990.
