AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, T'EXAS AND CHANGING THE 130UNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE
DISTRICT (NS) ON LOTS 4 and 5, BLOCK 3, MARYSVILLE ADDITION, ON
PRUPERTY BELONGING TO JERICO YROPERTIES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
TERRITORY FORNiERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING (2F); AND
DESIGNATING THE BOUNBARIES OF' THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT
(NS) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretotore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT' (NS), be, and the same is hereby
established on LOTS 4 and 5, BLOCK 3, MARYSVILLE ADDITION, on
property belonging to .3ERIC0 I'ROPERTIES, so as to include in such
NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO
FAMILY DWELLING ('LF), and that the boundaries of said
NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same are hereby
established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lots 4 and 5, Block 3, Marysville Addition,
located at 970 12th S.E.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 8th day of ary, 1990.
