90-004 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE
ORD I NANCE NO. 90-004
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING
THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE ANIENDED BY
REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING NIAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF
SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING NO PARKING AREAS;
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DAT'E OF FEBRUARY l, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following
No Parking area:
"On both sides of Collegiate Drive from the
North curb line of Jeffersan Road (FNl 1507) North
to the South curb line of Loop 286 N.E."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
February 1, 1990.
