ORDINANCE N0. 90-006
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING
THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY
REVISING THE TKAFFIC-CONTROL MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF
SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
$200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OK PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE: DATE OF APRIL
l, 1990.
BE IT ORUAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL UF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic Control Device Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following
stop signs:
"Stop Oak Creek Drive at Collegiate from the
North and South.
Stop Woodlawn at lOth Street S.E. from the
West.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on April
l, 1990.
