90-007 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE
ORDINANCE N0. 90-007
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING
THA'T THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY
REVISING THE TRAFFTC PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF
SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR HANDICAPPED PARKING
ZONES; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OR ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL l, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include Handicapped
Parking Zones as follows:
"The Western most space on the North side of the
10 Block of Lamar Avenue."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and
upon conviction shall be rined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinar.ce shall become effective on April
l, 1990.
