90-008 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE
ORDINANCE N0. 90-008
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING
THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY
REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTEll IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF
SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING NO PARKING AREAS;
PROVIDiNG FOR A PENALfY NOT 'TU EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL l, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the T'raffic No Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following
No Parking area:
"On the East side of 24th Street S.E. from Clark
Lane 120 teet to the South."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conFlict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on April
l, 1990.
