ORDINANCE N0. 90-010
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
(C) ON LOT 31, CITY BLOCK 250, ON PROPER'TY BELONGING TO FRED
EATHERLY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIIV TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED
AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CUUNCIL UF THE CITY OF PAKIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofare established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
COMMERCIAL DIST'RICT (C), be, and the same is hereby estabiished
on LOT 31, CITY BLOCK 250, on property belonging to FRED
EATHERLY, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the
hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2
(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C),
be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 31, City Block 250.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances ancl parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of c, 1990.
