<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 90-011 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE <br /> OF ORllINANCES, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 6-22 (e), OF SAID <br /> CODE; PROVIDING FOR MINIMUM LIMITS OF INSURANCE FOR AERONAUTICAL <br /> PERMITTEES; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEEll $2,000.00; <br /> REPEALIIvG ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br /> HEREWITH; AND PRUVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL l, 1990. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 6-22 (e) of the Code of <br /> Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so that <br /> such shall read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Sec. 6-22 <br /> (e) All permitees shall have a minimum of two hundred <br /> fitty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) for each person and <br /> five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) for each single <br /> occurrence for bodily injury or death and one hundred <br /> thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for each single occurrence <br /> for injury to or destruction of property insurance coverage <br /> with the City being retlected as an additional insured in <br /> their policies and additionally pErmittees must meet or <br /> exceed insurance to meet current state, FAA Rules and <br /> Regulations and federal law, if any, for their particular <br /> activity or activities." <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor not to exceed <br /> $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation <br /> of the above enumerated section shall constitute and be deemed a <br /> separate offense. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances ar parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
