ORDINANCE N0. 90-011 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORllINANCES, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 6-22 (e), OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR MINIMUM LIMITS OF INSURANCE FOR AERONAUTICAL PERMITTEES; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEEll $2,000.00; REPEALIIvG ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PRUVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL l, 1990. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That Section 6-22 (e) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so that such shall read as follows: "Sec. 6-22 (e) All permitees shall have a minimum of two hundred fitty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) for each person and five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) for each single occurrence for bodily injury or death and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for each single occurrence for injury to or destruction of property insurance coverage with the City being retlected as an additional insured in their policies and additionally pErmittees must meet or exceed insurance to meet current state, FAA Rules and Regulations and federal law, if any, for their particular activity or activities." Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated section shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 3. All ordinances ar parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on April 1, 1990.
