<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 90-014 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> PROVIDING THAT ORDINANCE N0. 1710 BE AMENDED: PROVIDING FOR <br /> THE ADDITION OF PRIVATE CLUB (17) AS A SCHEDULED USE IN <br /> PARAGRAPH 8-106; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED <br /> $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES UR PARTS OF ORDINANCES <br /> IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF <br /> APRIL 9, 1990, OR WHEN APPKOPRIATE PUBLICATION OCCURS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended by adding private club as a <br /> Scheduled Use under the following zoning classifications: <br /> Light Industrial (LI), Planned Development (PD) and Public <br /> Lands and Institutions (PLI) in Paragraph 8-106. <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the <br /> provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a <br /> Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum <br /> not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's <br /> continuance or any violation of the above enumerated <br /> ordinance shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> April 9, 1990, or when appropriate publication has been <br /> accomplished. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted this 9th day of April 1990. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Eric S.
