URDINANCE N0. 90-015
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING T'HAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE
AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC PARKING NtAY ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (b) of SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; ADDING A LOADING
ZONE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OR ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JUNE l,
1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in
paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended by adding a
Loading Zone as follows:
"On the West side of the 10 block of lst
Street S.E., beginning 48 feet North of the North
curbline of Clarksville Street; thence North 40
feet."
Section `L. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
5ection 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
June 1, 1990.
