AN URDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0.$9--046 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING URBINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY l, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PAR1S:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No.89-046of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the
drainage plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is
approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become efFective on
July 1, 1990.
