90-030 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING SUBPARAGRAPH (C) TO SECTION 23-29 OF SAID CODE ORDINANCE N0. 90-030 AN ORllINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SUB PARAGRAPH (C) TO SECTIUN 23-29 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR RESTRTCTING DISTRICTS 4, 5, b AND 7 ON LAKE CROOK PROPERTY FOR BOW AND ARROW HUNTING ONLY; PROVIDING FOR A PENAL"TY NOT TO EXCEED $500.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORUINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE vATE OF UC'TOBER 1, 1990. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That sub paragraph (c) of Section 23-29 of the Code of Ordinances of the City ot Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so that such shall read as follows: "Sec. 23-29. Hunting or discharging firearms at Lake Crook. "(c) The boundaries of the hunting area districts are established in accordance with the "Hunting Area Map" of Lake Crook, dated July 1, 1972. The districts established are restricted as follows: (1) Districts 8 and 10 are restricted to no hunting. (2) District I, save and except that portion lying south of Pine Creek and east of area lU, and all of Districts 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are restricted to hunting with bows arid arrows only. (3) District 9 is restricted to hunting for geese or ducks in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations." Section 2. Any person violating any ot the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $500.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated section shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. T'his ordinance shall become effective on October 1, 1990.
