ORDINANCE N0. 90-032
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY UF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF URllINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE
AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 2-98 BY ADDING PAKAGRAPH (d) TO
SAID CODE; PROVIDING THAT AN EMS S'I'ANDBY CHARGE BE
ESTABLISHED; REPEALING ALL URDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITI-'.; AND PROVIDING FOR AN IMMEDIATE
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT OKUAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL UF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Code of Urdinances of the City
of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended by revising Section 2-9$,
to read as follows:
"Sec. 2-98.
(d) Standby Service.
A standby service charge of $125.00 for
the first hour and $50.00 for each additional
hour or partial hour on an as available, first
request first serve basis."
Section 2. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become eifective
immediately.
