OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS ANL' CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZOIVING rIAP UF SAIU CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLINU
DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) ON LOT 7, BLOCK 9, Colonial Addition, ON
PROPERTY BELONGING TO llANNY LAWSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATEU AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
N0. 2, (SF -2) ; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING UISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), be, and the same is hereby
established on LOT 7, BLOCK 9, Colonial Addition, on property
belonging to DANNY LAWSON, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2, (SF-2), and that the boundaries
of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), be, and the
same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 7, Block 9, Colonial Addition, located on the
south side of Shiloh St.reet, 200 feet west of 13th
Street N.W.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
ot Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Sectior, 4. This ordinance sha11 become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 15th day of:-Oc ober, 1990.
