AN ORDINANCE ANIENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHIIVG A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT - COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) GN PART OF LOT 10-A,
CITY BLOCK 313, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BOBBY FLOYD, SO AS TO
INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DLSIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - COMNIUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) SO
ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINEli BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning A1ap and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b),
be, and the same is hereby established on PART OF LOT 10-A, CITY
BLOCK 313, on property belanging to BOBBY FLOYD, so as to include
in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTKICT - COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT
(PD-b) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and
is presently designated as a CONIMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that
the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - COMMUNITY
UNIT DEVELOPriENT (PD-b), be, anci the same are hereby established
as follows:
Situated within the corporate Iimits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being part of Lot 10A, City Block 313 located on the
west side of 42nd Street S.E. approximately 125 feet
north of Oleander Drive
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions af this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Cou cil Room, C Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 15th day of t er, 199 . ~
