AN ORDINANCE OF' THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT ORDINANCE N0. 86-045 PASSED AND ADOPTED UN THE
10th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1986, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE
PREAMBLE, AND SECTION 1 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING THAT THE
REFERENCE THEREIN TO CITY BLOCK 315 BE CHANGED TO CITY BLOCK
313; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PART'S OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDIiVG FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
OCTOBER 15, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINEll BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY UF
PARIS:
Section l. That the preamble and Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 86-045 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be
amended by changing, therein "City Block 315" to read "City
Block 313".
Section 1. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance sha11 become effective on
October 15, 1990.
