90-041 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE
ORDINANCE NG. 90-041
AN URDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRUVIDING
T'HAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY
REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF
SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING NO PARKING AREAS;
PROVIDING FOK A PENALTY NO'T TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
FROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER l, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the Z'raffic No Pa.rlcing Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following
No Parking area:
"On the North side of East Austin Street from the
East curbline of 3rd S.E., East, 60 feet."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
November l, 1990.
