AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
GF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-F'AMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON LOT 13 and 15, BLOCK Q, EAST
PARK ABDITION, ON PROPERTY BELGNGING TO LOUIS YATES, JR., SO AS
'I'0 INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3, (SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLtNG DISTRICT N0. 1 (MF-1) SO
ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, arid the same is
hereby established on LOT 13 and 15, BLOCK Q, EAST PARK ADDITION,
on property belonging to LOUIS YATES, JR., so as to include in
such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3, (SF-3), and
that the boundaries of said NiULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DI5TRICT N0. 1
(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lots 13 and 15, Block Q, East Park Addition
located on the east side of Fitzhugh Avenue 300 feet
south of Hickory 5treet.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions af this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances anci parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council itoom, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of ber, 1990.
