AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT ORDINANCE N0. 2583 PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE
13th DAY OF JULY, 1981, BE AMENDED BY CHANGING ASSESSMENT
AGAINST LOT l, ELOCK 167; PKOVIDING THAT THE REFERENCE
THEREIN TO BE CHANGED BY REUUCING THE TOTAL ASSESSMENT FOR
CURB ANll GUTTER FkONi $6,209.28 to $3,003.00, REVISING SECTION
4 OF SAID ORDINANCE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER lU, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY UF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2583
of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to read as
follows:
"Lot l, City Block 167, Evergreen Cemetery Association,
390 feet of Curb & Gutter at $7.70 per foot, Total
Assessment $3,003.00".
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
December 10, 1990.
