AN OF.DINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39)
GN LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 175-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO TRAVIS
GRAYSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED
AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ; AND DESIGNATING
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3)
AND SFECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT -
MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT
4, CITY BLOCK 175-A, on property belonging to TRAVIS GRAYSON, so
as to inc lude in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3( SF-3 )
AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - N10BILE HOME (39) the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and
that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3
(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the
same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Being Lot 4, City Block 175-A and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North Boundary Line of
East Grove Street, said point being 470 feet east of_
the East Boundary Line of llth N.E. and being the
Southwest corner of said Lot 4, City Block 175-A;
Thence North, 238 feet more or less to a point;
Thence East, 50 feet to a point;
Thence South 240 feet to point in the North
Boundary Line of East Grove Street;
_ Thence West along the North Boundary Line of East
Grove Street, 50 feet to the place of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become etfective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the Cityo uf Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of FebruaryJ, 1989.
