AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT P30. 1(MF-1) ON LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 213, ON
PROPERTY BELONGING TO RONNIE THR.ASHER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changEd, and that a
MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is
hereby established on LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 213, on property
belonging to RONNIE THRASHER, so as to include in such
MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinaf.ter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and
tr.at the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1
(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corparate limits of the City
of Paris, Caunty of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Being lot 5, City Block 213, in the City of Paris
and more particularly described as fallows:
Beginning at a point in the South Boundary Line of
West Sherman Street, said point being West, 235 feet
from the West Boundary Line of 19th S.W. and said point
being the northeast corner of said Lot 5;
Thence South, 300 feet to a point for corner;
Thence 4Jest, 70 feet to a point for corner;
Thence North, 300 feet to a point in the South
Boundary Line of West Sherman Street;
Thence East along said South Boundary Line of West
Sherman Street, 70 feet to the place ot beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of_ Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session corivened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
