AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
UF PARIS, PARIS, T'EXAS AND CHANGING THE BUUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER
(25) LIMITED TO MRS. NEWMAN ONLY FOR NO MORE THAN 12 CHILDREN ON
3261 MAKGARET STREET, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CARRIE NEWMAN, SO
AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND UESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) Alv'D
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) LIMITED TO MRS. NEWMAN
ONLY FOR NO MORE THAN 12 CHTLDREN SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT URDAINED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARI5:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT -
DAY CARE CENTER (25) LIMITED TO MRS. NEWMAN ONLY FOR NO MORE THAN
12 CHILDREN, be, anci the same is hereby established on 3261
MARGARET STREET, on property belonging to CARRIE NEWMAN, so as to
include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) LIMITED TO MRS. NEWMAN
ONLY FOR NO MORE THAN 12 CHILDREN the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NU. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of
said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) LIMITED TO MRS. NEWMAN ONLY FOR NO
MORE THAN 12 CHILDREN, be, and the same are hereby established as
follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 289
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordarice with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby Expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day 0June, 1989.
