ORDINANCE N0. 89-021
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING
THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE ANIENDED BY
PROVIDING FOR
REVISING PARAGRAPH (b), SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE;
NO THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC; PROVIDING FOK A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED NANCES $200.00; REPEALING PROVIV NG FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE IOF JULY 1N
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TTtiE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic Control Map adopted in
Paragraph (b), Section 31-65 of the Code ot Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be aniended to include the following
No Through Truck Traffic:
"On 19th Street S.E. from Clarksville to
Washington Street."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the prov and sions
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor,
conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on July
l, 1989.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of June, 1989.
